Fluent is an AI-powered speech coaching application that helps users identify and reduce filler words in their speech. The service includes real-time filler detection, AI coaching feedback, session history, and related features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Fluent offers free and paid (Pro) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
The Fluent application, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Fluent and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your session transcripts and data remain yours.
Fluent is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI coaching feedback will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
